 Come and Explore the world with us on the garden tour with a difference. For some time now we`ve been developing the very exciting idea of inviting our customers to experience with us some of the most inspirational gardens on this planet. Now, after a great deal of help from our friends at Ametco Travel (David and Iris Leach) we`ve developed a very exciting and unique itinerary!
The Tesselaar garden tour is unlike any other. It includes, amongst other highlights, a relaxing 13 day cruise of Scandinavia aboard the majestic “Norwegian Dream“ and a unique 5 day intensive garden tour of ancient Cornwall in the south west of England.
We`ll be departing on April 24th, 2001 to spend a fulfiling 27 days of beauty and adventure. First stop is the breath-taking Tulip display in Amsterdam, then we`ll enjoy a scenic cruise from Dover to Berlin, St.Petersburg, Sweden, Denmark and Finland (with exotic shore tours). Then, once back on terra firma, we`ll indulge in the traditional English gardens of the famous Hampton Court before embarking on our 5 day garden tour of Cornwall. We`ll explore that charming and ancient part of England which is filled with mystery and romance. We`ll enjoy gardens over-flowing with bountiful blooms and magical wooded walks. Our group will also be amongst the first in the world to experience the ambitious Eden Project which is an enormous undercover tropical garden - complete with its own birds and butterflies.
Cornwall will be a highlight because we`re arranged for two English horticulturalists to join our party and give us the inside story of the gardens visited (including Abbey Gardens to which we will be ferried via helicopter.) One of these gentlemen is John Moreland who is a Gold Medal Winner at the Chelsea Flower Show and the other is Chris Griffin. Chris is the Head Gardener of the 72 acre private estate that belongs to Tregenna Castle (est. 1774). The estate will be our home for those 5 memorable days. I`ll be personally escorting the entire trip and will be accompanied by Iris Leach of Ametco Travel. We`re hoping that you will be able to join us for this adventure of a life time.

Since accommodation at Tregenna Castle limits available seats, it`s strictly first-come-first-seated so please act quickly if you are interested.
This trip is all inclusive and will be accompanied by Lisa Tesselaar and managed by Iris Leach. Iris takes care of all those important (but often difficult) details like customs, check-ins, cruise embarkments, transfers, coach connections, baggage monitoring and more. So, even if you`re an unseasoned traveller, this will be smooth sailing!
