Depth and spacing: Plant at the same level as in the pot with roots below soil surface. Space at least 80cm apart.

Soil: Well drained, humus rich is ideal, but generally not too fussy.
Aspect: Full sun to semi shade.

Fertilizing: Apply a well-balanced fertilizer in spring.
After flower care: Remove any dead flower stalks and cut back whole plant in early winter. Divide by root division at any time of the year.
