Renga Renga Lily
Botanical name: Arthropodium
Plant type: Evergreen perennial.

Depth and Spacing: Plant with the crown just below soil surface level & 60cm apart.
Watering: This plant is very drought tolerant once established but, like most plants, performs better if watered well.
Frost tolerance: Frost may burn the foliage but won't kill the plant. However, a part shaded position usually provides sufficient protection from frosts.
Flowering time: Late Spring to Summer.
Preferred Soil: Well drained.
Aspect: Full sun to nearly full shade.
Ideal climates: Cool to temperate.
Pruning: None required.
Fertilising: Feed annually in Spring.
Uses and Comments: This tough & pretty plant is wonderfully hardy and will flourish in dry, shady spots where little else will. It makes an attractive alternative to Agapanthus - versatile, quick growing but non-invasive.
