Depth & spacing: Plant with 5cm of soil covering the bulbs & 15cm apart
Watering: Whilst bulbs are actively growing keep the soil moist. Whilst dormant, allow the soil to dry out.
Frost tolerances: Fully hardy
Flowering time: Autumn
Preferred soil: Good drainage
Preferred aspect: Full sun/light shade.
Ideal climates: Cool.
After flowering care: Simply plant and leave - these bulbs will easily naturalise in the garden.
Fertilising: Feed twice annually with some general fertiliser or bulb food. Feed once upon planting and once again just as the flowers finish. In both cases simply spread the fertiliser over the top of the soil and water in.
