Soil: Not fussy but it must drain well.
Position: Full sun to semi shade
Frost tolerance: 'Billowing Blue' to -7 deg. 'Blue Hills' & 'Snow Cap' to -18 deg.
Watering: Tolerant of hot dry weather but performs best with regular water.
Fertilizer: Give a light feed only.
Pruning: Cut back to 1/3 in Winter and prune in Spring to shape.
