Ideal Planting time:Winter.
Plant type:Herbaceous perennial.
Plant Size:25-30cm tall x 40cm wide.
Climate:Cool to temperate.
Depth and Spacing:Soil level as per pot, 40cm apart.
Aspect:Full sun is ideal but these plants will tolerate light shade (although often with fewer flowers). They are best suited to cool and temperate climates.
Soil: Rich, well drained soil.
Flowering time:Summer through autumn.
Watering:Water well for best results.
Fertilising: Apply a complete fertiliser with every third watering.
Frost: Hardy.
Pruning:Pruning spent flowers through the season produces more blooms over a longer period and cut the plant back in late autumn to early winter.
