Organic Giant Russian Garlic grows well through most of Australia. It has a sweet, nutty flavour. It is very mild, except in cold climates when it may develop a sharp taste. Can be used raw in salads, for roasting, in soups or stews. Large growing bulb with equally large cloves. Long shelf life. White cultivar. Matures Nov/Dec. Closely related to the Leek.
