Aquilegia 'William Guiness' Aquilegia x vulgarisA dramatic colour variation of a cottage favourite. The deep purple, almost black bonnets contrast beautifully with the white corollas. The flowers are 3-4 cm across and last up to a fortnight in a vase. The foliage is fernlike in a dark, glaucus hue. It will self seed and should be kept away from other varieties if you want the seedlings to stay true to type as they hybridise easily. Agastache 'Sangria' Agastache x mexicanaLemon scented foliage forms a compact, bushy mound that is topped from summer to autumn in a flourish of blooms. The flowers form in upright spires with salvia like blooms in shades from magenta to pink.
