Fabulous watermelon pink petals with a creamy centre and chocolate freckles. The flowers last well.
Asiatic Liliums are hardy cultivars with bright, colourful, upward facing flowers with little to no fragrance. Stems average 4-8 blooms, numbers increase as the bulbs establish. They make excellent cut flowers and are so easy to grow.
Simply plant, your Asiatic Lilies, fertilise and enjoy. Leave them in the ground to establish and they will bring you years of joy. In fact, the longer Liliums have to establish the blooms they produce. Choose a humus rich, well drained soil in a sunny location. They will appreciated afternoon shade in warmer climates.
Keep your Lilies moist while in growth and fertilise at the start of the season and again as the flowers are finishing. Mulch over the summer to help maintain moisture levels in the soil.
They will take 10-14 weeks to flower. Asiatic Liliums are a cross between Asiatic and Christmas Lilies.
