Cotinus Grace

Smoke Bush ‘Grace’ leaves emerge green with a burgundy blush, taking on blue tones through the summer and then turning a spectacular red and orange in autumn.

Smoke Bush ‘Grace’ is a low maintenance and drought tolerant shrub that is quick to establish and grow.

The ornamental plumes of smoke pink flowers, from which it gets its common name, (Smoke Bush), bloom from late spring through summer.

Smoke Bush ‘Grace’ is a cross of Smoke Bush Cotinus coggygria and American Smoke Tree, Cotinus obovatus.

Plant Smoke Bush ‘Grace’ in a full sun to lightly shaded position in well drained soil.

Handsome in shrub borders, garden beds or as specimens. Smoke Bush ‘Grace’ grows best in humus rich, moist soil but isn’t too fussy. Dry hardy once established. Quick to establish and grow.

Prune your Smoke Bush as required, and desired. They are easy to prune as a shrub, or into a small tree. Don’t worry if you make a mistake, they will quickly reshoot.
