This is one charming lily that is sure to sell out! The deep petals will add some drama and contrast to your garden, it is the darkest Asiatic available.
Asiatic Liliums are hardy cultivars with bright, colourful, upward facing flowers with little to no fragrance. The stems average 4-8 blooms, with numbers increasing as the bulbs establish. They even make excellent cut flowers.
Lilies are easy, simply plant, fertilise and enjoy. Leave them in the ground to establish and they will bring you years of joy. Choose a humus rich, well drained soil in a sunny location. They will appreciate afternoon shade in warmer climates.
Keep your Lilies moist while in growth and fertilise at the start of the season and again as the flowers are finishing. Adding a mulch over the summer will help to maintain moisture levels in the soil.
Asiatic Lilies will take 10-14 weeks to flower, faster in warm weather.
