To return an item (postage free), please download and complete the returns form and enclose in the package. Repack the box, mark it Return to Sender – Reply Paid #62242 Silvan VIC 3795, and lodge it at your local Post Office. We kindly ask that you contact us before returning your item so we can assist and address any concerns. Please note:

  • Items must be reported or returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Approved refunds are generally processed within 3 business days of the returned item being received and assessed.
