Shipping

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for order processing, as each plant is carefully prepared and securely packaged before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days to most Australian locations.

  • Once despatched, deliveries to Western Australia and Tasmania may take 5-7 business days due to quarantine requirements and additional handling.

  • We currently ship within Australia only.

Postage is $14.95 flat rate, with WA and Tasmania incurring an additional $6.00 quarantine fee.

An email will be received upon despatch with the Australia Post tracking number, so you know when to expect your parcel.

Click & Collect

Local customers can select Click & Collect at checkout when placing an order online. Once your order is ready for collection, we'll contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time.

The Pre-Summer catalogue commences despatch of orders from 26th October 2026.
Products are available until 18th December 2026, unless sold out prior.
