This exciting new Daphne has been bred tough enough to handle the Australian summer sun. It is the next generation of the renowned, award winning, ‘Eternal Fragrance’ with a little extra fitness and finesse. It has over 30 years of research and trials gone into its breeding, by doyen Robin White. The fabulously fragrant flowers have a strong pink blush and open freely for many months.

Daphne ’Spring Eternal Fragrance’ is frost hardy and becomes dry tolerant once it establishes. Daphne's are suitable for growing in pots, where you can move them about to enjoy the magnificent fragrance.

This compact evergreen shrub flushes from late winter to early spring, repeating early summer and again in autumn. The blooms have a strong, sweet fragrance. This variety is frost, sun and heat tolerant. It is more forgiving of PH variation than other Daphne.

Daphne are tidy, evergreen bushes. The gorgeous flowers open from winter to spring. Their lovely scent wafts through your garden, and when picked will fill your home with perfume.
Daphne ‘Pink Eternal Fragrance’ is more forgiving than most and copes pretty well in our sunny conditions without scorching. It is not as fond of humidity though.
Plant Daphne in humus rich, moist, well drained soil. Space 90-100cm apart; remember they are relatively slow growing. Ensure their roots are kept cool. Water to establish, then only if rainfall is low. Adding some mulch in summer will help with water retention.
