Cotton Lavender
Dry tolerant with lasting flowers.
This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.

A fabulous dwarf, evergreen form is a dynamo and adds both colour and texture to the garden and is one tough cooking.
This Cotton Lavender has upright silver foliage topped with golden flowers throughout summer. You can fill your vases and still have plenty left over for the bees. It holds the prestigious RHS Award for Garden Merit so you know it can be relied upon.
It grows for form dense, rounded mounds that do alright by themselves but can be pruned to perfection. As you prune you can enjoy the earthy camphor smell in the leaves, and keep the trimmings to ward off the moths indoors.
Plant Cotton Lavender in moderately fertile to humus rich, well drained soil. This plant will thrive in hot, dry positions so ideally choose a sunny spot. Water to establish, it will take around four weeks for the roots to penetrate the surrounding soil and settle in. Once established you only need worry if rainfall is low.
