Lilium ‘Silk Road’ is a heavy producer, the strong stems are packed with blooms, these XL bulbs will bring you a sensational show from year one, all the hard work has been done for you. They have the ability to rebloom, so you can enjoy around a month of colour.

Each flower is big, up to 20cm across with a strong fragrance. The stunning, white blushed pink petals have the deepest colour at the centre of the flower.

Sumo Oriental Lilies are the biggest and the best Lilium bulbs on offer. The bulbs are huge, which means you can expect plenty of flowers from the get go. Why are they so big? Because they have been grown by the cut flower industry and once they reach a certain size, they actually have too many flowers! This is not so good in bunches but fantastic in the garden.

It is easy to create an indulgent display of colour with Oriental Liliums. They are gorgeous in the garden and perfect for cut flowers too.
Oriental Lilies add glamour and fragrance to the garden. These lilies are also tough, and able to withstand our hot summers. They are best planted in a permanent position where, as they establish they will become more and more floriferous.
It is a good idea to fertilise your Oriental Lilies, they are hungry bulbs and this will give you the best blooms. Adding an organic fertiliser when you first see growth, then again as they are fading is ideal. If you are growing your Lilies in pots, fertiliser is even more important and in this case a slow release pellet such as Thrive or a liquid fertiliser. Water to establish, and keep moist in active growth for best results.
In warmer climates, it is a good idea to grow your Oriental Liliums in part shade or morning sun, then your flowers will last longer.
