Double Asiatic Lily 'Red Twin'
Twice as nice.
Short delay - awaiting stock

Upward facing, bright vermillion double blooms with a dark heart that grow to around 17cm across. It is easy to add some hot colour to your garden with these sizzlers.
The petals unfurl slowly, parading their layers for up to three weeks, why do they last so long? It is their bonus feature, no pollen, which also means no mess! The narrow, semi double petals have a gentle frill that adds to the texture.
Double Asiatic Liliums average 4-8 blooms, with numbers increasing as the bulbs establish.
They make excellent cut flowers and are so easy to grow.
Simply plant, fertilise and enjoy. Leaving them in the ground to establish and they can bring you years of joy. Choose a humus rich, moist, well drained soil in a sunny location. They will appreciate afternoon shade in warmer climates.
Keep your lilies moist while in growth and fertilise at the start of the season, and again as the flowers are finishing. Mulching over the summer will help maintain moisture levels in the soil.
