Matisse Oriental Lilium 'Touching'
New in 2021.
This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.
Big, creamy lemon petals with a strong pink star. The depth of the lemon changes as the flower matures as does the pink. Each bloom grow up to an impressive 20cm.
Matisse Oriental Lilies are versatile and can be grown in pots and gardens. They look best planted in groups of three or more, and we suggest you plant a few extra just for picking!
This is an Oriental crossed with a Triumph, an O.T or an Orienpet Lily. This combines the strong trumpet shape and vigour of the Triumph with the fragrance and colour of the Orientals.
The unusual combinations, spotting and patterns on these Lilies are striking. We hope they inspire you to create a masterpiece your own garden.
Plant Matisse Oriental Lilies in a permanent position in the garden, as they establish they will become more floriferous. They grow best in a bright spot with protection from the hot afternoon sun.
It is a good idea to ensure you fertilise your Matisse Oriental Lilies well for the best blooms. Fertilise when you first see growth, then again as they are fading.
