Sumo Oriental Lilium 'Eastern Moon'

Sunset pink petals with a soft, golden heart. The petal reverse has a stronger pink blush. The fragrance is strong and spicy. The huge flowers open freely and will definitely impress. Sumo Lilies are XL bulbs that are ready and raring to grow! The flowers will have a high count from year one and only get better from there.
Moon Lilies produce plenty of big, sweetly perfumed flowers on strong stems. The flowers are outward to pendent in the trumpet profile. As they settle in they will grow taller and produce more and more flowers. They naturalise readily and have greatly impressed us.
Choose a humus rich, well drained soil in a sunny location. They will appreciate afternoon shade in warmer climates. Simply plant, your Lilies, fertilise and enjoy. Leave them in the ground to establish and they will bring you years of joy.
Keep your lilies moist while in growth and fertilise at the start of the season and again as the flowers are finishing for the best results. Mulching over the summer will help to maintain moisture levels in the soil.
They will take 10-14 weeks to flower from planting depending on the weather. They are an Oriental x Trumpet hybrid.
