Viburnum 'Anvi'
New in 2021.
This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.

An easy evergreen shrub with extra large (12cm) winter blooms that inundate the bush and can last until the end of spring. Once the blooms have had their day, the ornamental purple blue berries take over. They can be left for the birds or cut and enjoyed in floral arrangements. The new leaves have a red glow creating even more seasonal interest.
Viburnums are vigorous shrubs that become dry tolerant once they establish. Adding shrubs such as these to your garden provides good structure or bones to the garden and make great specimen plants. Viburnum ‘Anvi’ can also be used as a hedge.
Viburnums will grow in moderately fertile, to humus rich, moist soils and like good drainage. Suitable for a part shade to full sun position. Prune out the odd vertical branching after the flowers gave finished. A light prune is all that is needed to control size.
