Agastache 'Pink Pearl'
New in 2025.
This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.

Abundant plants with strong, upright stems densely packed with soft, bubblegum pink blooms that last an age. These XL flowers are adored by gardeners and friendly pollinators, especially nectar loving birds. They boast exceptional heat and dry tolerance, are more dense than the earlier Agastache cultivars and flower longer, from spring to frost.
Tolerant of poor soils, so long as they are well drained, Agastache are ideal for providing long lasting colour as a dry garden plant. Agastache are fast to establish and grow. The plants prefer a full sun to light shade position, they need water to establish (regularly for around four weeks), then only if rainfall is low, however the flowering season will likely last a little longer if the plants don’t dry out completely.
Agastache look fantastic in dry beds, cottage gardens, rock gardens and containers, and are terrific for attracting birds, bees and other beneficial insects to your garden. Will be more compact in containers.
Agastache are herbaceous perennials that have fragrant leaves that smell like a blend of aniseed and lemon - they are even edible and can be used in salads or teas. The foliage is wonderful planted along paths where you can brush up against them, or you could pick a sprig or two and bring indoors to enjoy in a vase. The flowers are also edible, and will colour a salad beautifully.
We recommend dead heading your Agastache flowers regularly during the season to encourage more blooms. It is a good idea to cut your Agastache plants back hard in winter/after flowering to maintain a healthy bush. You can grow Agastache in containers, you will just need to water them more regularly.
Agastache is also known as Hummingbird Mint, and is a native to the south western U.S.A.
