Red Potato 'Ruby Lou'

Potato 'Ruby Lou' is a locally bred Victorian cultivar. It has creamy, white flesh beneath the handsome, pink skin. The plants produce a high yield. It will take around 120 days in the ground to mature. A good choice for frying, boiling and roasting. The eyes are shallow which makes for easy peeling.
