Kolkwitzia 'Pink Cloud'
A real beauty.
This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.

The soft pink, bell shaped blooms open in absolute profusion from deep pink buds. Each 1.5cm flower has a touch of gold at their hearts. The branches are long and slender with a graceful arch.
Kolkwitzia ‘Pink Cloud’ holds the prestigious RHS Award of Garden Merit so you know it not only looks good but is easy care. It is impressively dry tolerant once established.
The leaves are dark green and grow to 7cm long. The foliage yellows in autumn but it is not noteworthy. The common name, Beauty Bush is a good descriptor of this low maintenance, vigorous shrub. Use Kolkwitzia ‘Pink Cloud’ as a specimen plant, as part of a shrub border or as an informal hedge.
Grow Kolkwitzia ‘Pink Cloud’ in moderately fertile to humus rich, moist, well drained soil. Plant in a sunny position. Remove old wood and crossing branches in winter as required.
Kolkwitzia ‘Pink Cloud’ was bred back in 1946 at the Royal Horticultural Societies Wisley Gardens.
