- Notes
- Suitable for dry shade – but don’t forget you have to water to establish. Dig and divide every few years as required or to expand your patch. You will get the best colouring with protection from the hot afternoon sun. If it is really dry it may hunker down for a dormancy, then re-emerge when conditions improve. Dormancy can also be triggered by extreme cold, again they will be back when conditions improve.
