Fruit Sum/yr round Perfectly sized for patios and small gardens, these abundant and handsome, dwarf Meyer lemons are handy to have around. Use the fruits in dressings, teas, cocktails, cooking for a bit of zing ooh and let’s not forget lemon meringue pie. The rich, evergreen, glossy foliage looks good year round.

The fruit is juicy and sweet as it is a hybrid of a table lemon and a sour orange. It has a thin skin, leaving more room for flavour. A heavy producer with fruits in around two to three years. You might get some early lemons, but they won’t be as tasty as they could be while the tree is establishing a good root system, and putting on growth before they crop.

The small size of these Lemon trees makes them lovely and versatile and a cinch to care for. They don’t mind humidity, coastal conditions or frost. Fragrant white flowers open from spring, with summer fruit and in the right conditions, some bonus fruits in winter and potentially year round. Plant in the garden or large pot, they don’t mind being on high rise balconies either. In pots, consistent moisture and regular liquid fertilisers are important. Grows on its own roots.
