Verbena 'Compact Bicolour Purple'

An excellent, trouble free ground cover, edging or container plant with plenty of flower power. It has impressive resistance to powdery mildew. Naturally well branched and stand up to the heat. Compact and great for adding a pop of colour.

Verbena’s are renowned for their flowering prowess and easy care. These new varieties improve on their already sturdy nature. The flowering period is longer (easily five months), the disease resistance stronger and the care even easier.
The leaves are mid green and deeply serrated. The flowers are attractive to beneficial insects.

Plant Verbena in a sunny location in well drained soil. Water to establish (this takes around four weeks of regular watering), then only if rainfall is low.
