Choose a humus rich, well drained soil in a sunny location with protection from the hot afternoon sun. Keep moist while in growth and fertilise at the start of the season and again as the flowers are finishing. Mulching over the summer will help to maintain moisture levels in the soil.
You can grow them in pots where they can create gorgeous, portable displays. We recommend watering regularly and adding some fertiliser as they begin to bloom.
