Hydrangea 'Magical Pearl'

The elegant clusters of pearl white blooms gradually turn apple green throughout the season. The massing flowers open on both old and new wood so there is no pruning required! Their elegant form is well suited to a formal display but would be just as at home in a cottage garden.
It is easy care and compact enough to enjoy in containers as well as the garden.
This marvellous shrub has lush, deep green foliage, mounding 90-120cm high but in containers it will be more compact. Flowers can be picked and while no pruning is required, feel free to remove spent flowering heads just above a strong bud to make way for new blooms at any time.

Hydrangeas grow best planted in a sheltered position of the garden where the roots are cool and moist. It is a good idea to add plenty of organic matter or some fertiliser to the soil as it will result in masses of stunning blooms.
