Oriental Lilium Corcovado

Broad, smiling flowers with yellow to apricot shades. A lovely clear bloom with plenty of impact.

Lily ‘Corcovado’ is an Oriental x Christmas Lily so more trumpet shaped than traditional Orientals but just as fragrant.

Ostentation, perfumed beauties, Oriental Lilies have large, colourful flowers for a spectacular summer show in gardens or pots.

It is a good idea to fertilise your lilies, they are hungry bulbs and this will give you the best blooms. Add an organic fertiliser when you first see growth, then again as they are fading. If you are growing your Lilies in pots, fertiliser is even more important and in this case a slow release pellet such as Thrive or a liquid fertiliser is a better option. Water to establish, and keep moist in active growth for best results.

In warmer climates, it is a good idea to grow your Liliums in part shade or morning sun, then your flowers will last longer.
