Sedum Goblin Silver
This charismatic rambler will happily fill a pot or hanging, tumbling gently from the sides. It is also a winner in rock crevasses or sheltered spots as a ground cover. Little rosettes of silver foliage clump together to fill a pot. LOVE it!
A great choice for mixed succulent plantings where it will form a nice low cover. Bright yellow flowers form at the ends of the stems spring to summer. They form new branches easily. Oooh just another thought great in fairy gardens.
SIZE (HxW): 5cm x 10-30cm
I SEE THE LIGHT: It will grow well in a range of light conditions. Indoors bright, indirect light is ideal. Ok in full sun with sufficient water.
WATER NEEDS: Low water needs. Water well, then allow the soil to almost dry out before watering again.
I WILL SURVIVE: These plants are so easy, they pretty much look after themselves. In pots ensure you choose a cactus/succulent potting mix for best results as it offers the sharp drainage they need. Choose a pot with drainage holes to ensure they don’t end up sitting in water. They will grow larger in the garden when allowed to ramble, in pots their growth will be more limited. Outside protect from frost.
Use a diluted, liquid fertiliser in spring to keep them happy and healthy. They aren’t heavy feeders so will forgive you if you forget.
