- Fertiliser
- In the garden, add a light application of well balanced fertiliser (blood and bone or dynamic lifter are suitable with the addition of potash or use an osmacote/acticote) in summer. In pots, regular applications of diluted liquid fertiliser during flowering will bring out the best in your plants. Or use the recommended dose of acticote/osmacote in summer.

- Late spring to autumn. Potentially year round.
- After Flower Care
- Dead head regularly to promote more blooms. A light prune after flowering will maintain shape. If plants become straggly, prune back hard in late winter, to early spring in frost prone areas, right to the woody stems. Fuchsias flower on new wood so pruning helps encourage more flowers.
- Notes
- Keep an eye out for Thrips and Aphids and control as required (there are many great organic methods or Yates rose gun will sort them out). Trailing and semi trailing varieties are well suited to hanging baskets or pots.
