Echinacea Double Scoop Bubble Gum

Double Scoop Echinacea’s are fully double, last for months and their bold colouring doesn’t fade with age. They are long lasting plants that overwinter well. Double Scoop Echinacea’s are compact and well branched with abundant flowers through summer and into autumn.

Cutting blooms and deadheading will help to promote more flowers – plus they look great in vases.

If you allow the late flowers to stand, the seed pods will remain decorative right to the end, providing autumn and even winter interest. Then just cut them back in early spring to allow the new growth to shine.

Best grown in a sunny spot, they prosper in a well drained soil that is moderately fertile to humus rich. Water to establish, then only if rainfall is low. Echinacea become dry tolerant as they establish.
