Coreopsis 'Highland Bicolour Pink'
A fantastic filler.
This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.

Atypical creamy lemon and bright pink petals that are sure to turn heads. The abundant flowers are beautiful on the plants and also great for picking.
Coreopsis Highland ‘Bicolour Pink’ is a compact cultivar that is easy to grow. It forms neat mounds to around 30cm of foliage that is covered in blooms from early spring until cold.
Tolerant of heat and humidity, Coreopsis Highland ‘Blast’ will thrive in a sunny spot and once established will cope with dry.
Plant into moderately fertile to humus rich, well drained soil – they really aren’t fussy. Choose a full sun to lightly shaded position. Coreopsis are a great choice for gardens or pots. In gardens they make great fillers in beds or borders because they flower for so long.
The Highland series is a vast improvement on the old annuals, if you don’t have hard frost you should get at least two and up to ten great flowering years from these perennials. If you don’t want to deadhead throughout the season, you can cut Coreopsis Highland ‘Blast’ right back to the base once the first flush of flowers has finished, then add some fertiliser to encourage a second flush – it won’t take long. Then again after the final flush of blooms, to maintain compact, healthy growth.
