The gorgeous, crimson flowers open in whorls on tall, narrow stems. There are up to 6 whorls on a stem and up to 25 can open on each. The flowers average 2cm across.
The mid green, crinkly leaves are oval to broadly spoon shaped, growing up to 25cm long.
Primula ‘Miller’s Crimson’ holds the prestigious RHS Award of Garden Merit so you know it has been put through its paces.
Plant in a cool, part shade position that is sheltered from the hot afternoon sun. In the garden, plant into humus rich, moist, well drained soil. In pots use a good quality potting mix. Ensure there is good air flow around the plants. Water to establish and keep moist during active growth. Happy in a boggy soil.
