Bidens have first-rate branching and is quite erect, so it will grow to form a nice, dense mound, making it brilliant as a filler in beds, borders, or pots. It is heat tolerant and has plenty of red and gold blooms from early spring to late autumn.

Grow in moderately fertile to humus rich, well drained soil. Water to establish, and then keep relatively moist during flowering for the best show. Add some fertiliser in summer to keep them blooming at their best.
