Galanthus Sylvan Vale Hybrids
Much loved bulbs with exquisite beauty.
This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.
The bulbs are a cross of causicus, plicatus and elwesii plants. They were bred locally.
The foliage is grey-green and arches gently. The flowers consist of three pendant large petals that overlay three smaller petals that are each marked with a green spot.
'Sylvan Vale Hybrids' foliage is grey-green and arches gently.
Some gardeners are so crazy about these plants they are labelled 'Galanthophiles', and who could blame them, they are special little blooms.
Grow in a cool spot in well drained soil. They grow well in conditions similar to those favoured by Hellebores and other woodland plants. A humus rich, moist, well drained soil is ideal.
