Arum Lily 'Oriental Arum'
Handsome spathes that will turn heads.
This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.

This is a long flowering Arum with tall spathes. The spathe has a green outer and deep purple interior. The spadix is black and around 15cm tall. It has the smell of rotting fruit but it is not as strong as most Arum. It uses this smell to attract insects for pollination. Arum orientale grows best in sun to light shade in a well drained soil. The foliage is shiny and green and handsome by itself. It emerges before the spathes.
