(39B) Kniphofia 'Lime Glow'

The flower buds are soft, lime green and open to lemon blooms. A stunning colour combination for garden beds. The blooms are well suited to any garden style from cottage gardens to dry beds. Flowers open from mid summer into autumn. The foliage is strappy and forms dense clumps.

Kniphofia is an extremely hardy genus. They are noted for their easy care and heat and frost tolerance. The bright colourful flowers last for several months and can be picked an enjoyed indoors.
Kniphofia ‘Lime Glow’ is ideal for gardens, as a border plant (excellent in combination with agapanthus) and as specimen plants.
Grow Kniphofia in well drained soil, humus rich is ideal but they are tolerant of most soil types. Plant in a sunny location and water in. They are dry tolerant once established though will flower better with moisture.
