The charming, soft yellow flowers of Ranunculus ‘Farrer’s Yellow’ open in abundance and for many weeks.
The nice lemon yellow flowers open on slender branched stems early to mid summer. Each bloom is 2.5cm across. A woodland plant, they grow best in morning sun. The blooms can be readily cut and displayed in vases.
Also known as Meadow Buttercup, this is a great choice for naturalised planting amongst long grass. Of course they also look wonderful in the garden, woven through borders.
The deeply dissected foliage of Ranunculus ‘Farrer's Yellow’ grows low on the flower stems. Make sure you add lots of fertiliser as they grow quickly and flower freely.
