In summer the plant is set ablaze with vivid orange bracts that last and last, fading to yellow in autumn.
Brilliant orange red bracts with small, yellow flowers. The bracts open on red stems as does the foliage. The loose cymes are around 10cm across. Euphorbia `Fireglow` is a vigorous cultivar with upright stems.
The new leaves have a hints of bronze and red, aging to mid to dark green in summer and then yellow hues in autumn. It has a bushy, upright habit. Cut back right back once it becomes untidy.
Plant Euphorbia `Fireglow` in moderately fertile to humus rich, moist, well drained soil. Water to establish then only if rainfall is low. Will grow in a full sun to part shade position.
