Ravishing Ruby.
This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.

The ruby red flowers open in their masses from summer to autumn. The flowers are daisy like with mounded, yellow centre. The blooms open on narrow stems. Each flower is around 3cm across.
The leaves are fern like, and mid green. It grows to form a mound.
Grow Coreopsis in moderately fertile to humus rich soil. The soil needs to be well drained. Plant where it will receive six hours of sun a day (full sun). Cut the spent flower stems back and fertilise after the initial flush and you should be rewarded with a repeat bloom. Heat and dry tolerant once established.
In cool climate areas it should be treated as an annual. You can try dry mulching to protect them, or save some seed. You should also hold off planting the tube in the garden until the threat of frost has passed. Pot it on in a larger pot until this time.
Coreopsis 'Limerock Ruby' looks fabulous planted towards the front of beds and borders or in containers.
