Kniphofia 'Orange Queen' is an extremely hardy plant. Kniphofia are noted for their easy care, and heat and frost tolerance. The bright colourful flowers last and last and can even be picked and enjoyed indoors.
Kniphofia 'Orange Queen' is ideal as a border plant (excellent in combination with agapanthus), as specimen plants or in large containers.
Grow Kniphofia in well drained moderately fertile to humus rich soil, they are quite adaptable. Plant in a sunny location and water in. They are dry tolerant once established though will flower better with moisture.
