Potatoes White Potato 'Exton'

Creamy, white skinned potatoes which are delicious fried or roasted. Potato 'Exton' is another Victorian native, originating in the Kinglake area. It will take between 130-140 days to reach maturity. It produces large tubers and has a high yield.
There are lots of ways to grow Potatoes. They are so easy, they will succeed in the ground, in pots or even grown in sacks!
All you need to do is make sure you are planting your Potatoes into prepared soil in a sunny spot, and that you mound them during their growing season. This means, as the bush grows upward you mound soil around the stem. This both ensures the tubers are underground, and won't turn green in the suns light, as well as increasing your harvest.
