Fuchsia Happy Anniversary

Fuchsia 'Happy Anniversary' has a double layer of petals. White sepals surround lilac to silver pink petals. This variety is ideal in hanging baskets.

Fuchsias are like pretty dancers in fancy skirts that sway in the breeze. The flowers open freely for a long period. The leaves are lush and evergreen.

Fuchsias grow best in semi shade to filtered light. They thrive in pots and in gardens, and need to be protected from frost. Plant Fuchsias into humus rich, moist, well drained soil. Shelter the plants from drying winds.

For best flowers, slow release fertilise your Fuchsias in spring. Water to establish and then keep them moist, but not when whilst growing. Fuchsias flower in summer, remove spent flowers and add a little fertiliser once the main flush has finished to encourage a second round of flowers in autumn.
