Easy care and free flowering.
Brightly coloured daisy like flowers crowd these tough little plants. The flowers have a bright red central disc, blending into red petals with a yellow tip. A dwarf form of the well known, hardy Gaillardia genus.
The grey green leaves grow to form a dense rosette close to the ground. The leaves grow to around 30cm long. The flowers of Gaillardia 'Goblin' are suitable for picking.
Plant Gaillardia 'Goblin' in moderately fertile to humus rich, well drained soil. They are perfect for hot, sunny positions. Dead head regularly to encourage a longer bloom season. Water to establish, then only if rainfall is low they are dry tolerant once established.
