Summer Snapdragon Archangel Purple

Standing tall through the hot, dry months of summer, Angelonia 'Archangel' are an annual sure to impress. The fantastic, upright floral spires work well in gardens and pots. The flowers are large (three times the size of other varieties) and vibrantly coloured, they look similar to snap dragons or orchid flowers.

The Summer Snap Dragon 'Archangel' series have well branched stems and a compact, uniform habit.

Grow Summer Snapdragons in moderately fertile to humus rich, well drained soil. Choose a sunny position, water in to establish, then you only need bother if rainfall is low.

Flowers begin as early as late spring and will bloom on through the heat and humidity of summer right into early autumn.

Summer Snapdragons are suitable for growing in pots as well as garden beds.
