Rieger Begonia Borias

This beautiful perennial produces abundant clusters of soft shell-pink flowers that gracefully cascade above attractive glossy green foliage. Flowering over an extended season from spring through autumn, it provides reliable colour and a lush, elegant presence in the garden.

Its naturally bushy, well-branched habit makes it an excellent choice for containers, hanging baskets, shaded patios and garden borders. The masses of delicate blooms create a gentle, romantic effect while contrasting beautifully with the rich green leaves.

Thriving in sheltered positions with dappled shade or morning sun, it performs best in fertile, well-drained soil with consistent moisture. Regular feeding and the removal of spent flowers will help maintain vigorous growth and encourage an even greater abundance of blooms.

Perfect for bringing colour to areas where many flowering plants struggle, it combines beautifully with ferns, hostas and other shade-loving companions. With its long flowering season, attractive foliage and effortless elegance, it is a rewarding choice for adding softness and beauty to shaded garden settings.
