A light application of a slow release fertiliser in spring while establishing, then after cutting back annually. Not heavy feeders.

Notes
Cut back in summer after they finish blooming and they will reshoot with fresh foliage through summer and autumn. It can be left to stand through winter then cut back early spring to make way for the new growth.
