Christmas Lilium 'White Planet'

Another amazing Trumpet Lily. The white flowers are more upward facing than the traditional pendent forms, making them easier to see and enjoy. The flowers are around 20cm across and have a heart of gold.

These lilies are ‘Planet Proof’, produced by Lily Company BV in The Netherlands, they have achieved new breeding and production with a carbon neutral status.

Trumpet Liliums add glamour and fragrance to the garden. They are also tough, and able to withstand our hot summers.

Plant Trumpet Liliums in a permanent position in the garden and as they establish, the more flowers they will bear and the taller the stems will be. Ensure you fertilise your well to ensure the best blooms. Fertilise when you first see growth, then again as they are in bloom, they love manure.

In warmer climates, it is a good idea to grow your Trumpet Liliums in part shade or morning sun so the flowers last longer. Water to establish and keep moist in active growth for best results.
