A lovely lily with graceful, reflexed petals. The flower is white, blended with yellow to apricot shades. The petals have a smattering of bronze freckles all topped with a soft fragrance.

You can expect up to 20 flowers from established bulbs. Lilium 'Lady Alice' is a hybrid of Lilium henryi. It has the Turk's Cap style bloom of the parent.

Lily ‘Lady Alice’ is easy to grow. Plant the bulbs in full sun in a well drained, humus rich, moist soil. Water them in and keep them moist in active growth. You don't need to lift the bulbs every year, just leave them in the ground to multiply and divide only when they become overcrowded. Add some slow release fertiliser or manure each season when the foliage appears.

A good choice for beginners as it grow sith a nice vigour above the ground, while the bulbs multiply at a steady rate below the ground.
